What school are you a rep for and what are you studying: University of Toronto. Double Major in Human Biology and Health Policy.
What other activities do you participate in on campus: When I’m not in the gym or whipping up a clean treat in the kitchen, you can find me planning a new fundraiser for my sorority or singing a musical theatre tune.
Workout of choice: My training consists of a mix of heavy weight lifting + HIIT. Gotta keep the body guessing!
Favourite exercise: Jump squats (sadistic I know) and leg press!
What made you want to join #TeamJS as a Campus Rep: I discovered the team at the Toronto Pro Sports show in June of 2015 and I fell in love with the brand. I haven’t looked back since!
How did you get started on your fitness journey: Growing up as a dancer, I’ve always been used to a busy schedule and keeping my body active. A few injuries after high school later, and I’ve found my way back to getting myself moving.
Favourite supplements/stacks: QUEST BARS (protein supplement ;) ) perfect on the go snack, and incredible macros + flavors! Seriously, like eating cookie dough out tube!
Most fulfilling moment as a Campus Rep: Helping students realize that they can accomplish any (fitness) goal with the right tool at hand.
Favourite gym tracks: Anything Destiny’s Child from the late 90’s early 2000’s *hairflip*
What advice would you give to others who are looking to make a change in their life: Find a group of friends or another person you can share that passion with, and you’ll flourish! Humans can’t thrive alone!
