So we already know that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is one of the baddest dudes on the planet. Well, Muscle and Fitness caught up with him recently and got him to break down his daily meal plan. 2 things: 1. The Rock likes fish 2. The Rock eats A LOT.
An average guy who refers to himself as "A Real Person" decided to try out the meal plan for himself...You can see his results below. Let's just say, unless you're The Rock, don't try and eat like The Rock!
