It always baffles me how Hollywood actors/actresses are able to transform in such a short period of time. In Tom Hardy's 2011 film "Warrior" he managed to pack on almost 30lbs of muscle while keeping his body fat at an all time low - In addition, he had to learn how fight from scratch.
