With Christmas just around the corner, we're sticking with the holiday themed recipes! This week we're bringing you an awesome recipe for some healthy homemade protein eggnog.
Eggnog is one of the most festive drinks out there, and this recipe packs over 6 grams of protein per serving, while staying under 100 calories.
The best part - it will take you less than 5 minutes to make!
- 4 cups of ready to drink vanilla protein
- 1 cup of full-fat 35% whipping cream
- 1 cup of 100% pasteurized egg whites
- 1 tsp of imitation rum extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
Once you have all your ingredients measured out, add them into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. After blending, you should be left with a thick, creamy, and frothy protein eggnog mix. Feel free to sprinkle some more cinnamon & nutmeg on top based on your personal preference!
